Opportunities for collaboration in infrastructure and green finance will be high on the agenda as the Lord Mayor of London visits Latin America this week.

Lord Mayor of London Peter Estlin - global ambassador for the UK’s financial and professional services industry – will be assisted by the London Stock Exchange Group as he visits Bogota and Sao Paulo to strengthen trade links with the City of London, one of the world’s top international finance centres.

While in Bogota, he will meet Colombian President Ivan Duque, the Governor of the Central Bank of Colombia and a host of asset management and green finance business leaders.

Afterwards he will head to Sao Paulo, where he will visit the Sao Paulo Stock Exchange, Banco do Brasil, Itau Unibanco and several other key stakeholders and local business leaders.

He will also give a keynote speech at the UK Sustainable Finance Conference to over 100 local pension fund managers, professional service providers and asset managers.

Peter Estlin, the Lord Mayor of London, said:
