The City of London Corporation is joining Government buildings, councils, and other institutions across the country in illuminating its Guildhall headquarters in the national colours of Israel.

The organisation, which is the governing body of the Square Mile, is also flying the Israeli flag today.

City Corporation Policy Chairman, Chris Hayward, said:

“By illuminating Guildhall, the City of London Corporation is showing, in the most visible way, that we condemn all acts of terrorism.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with all those who have been affected or lost loved ones.”
